How long is processing, shipping, and handling?

All orders are processed and ship during business days ONLY Mon.-Fri.

Please allow 6-9 business days for an order to ship after processing. Processing can take up to 2-4 days or more. International Orders please allow 14-30 Transit business days to receive orders.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMS FEES!

All goods ship via USPS (United States Postal Service). All shipped orders comes with signature confirmation and you MUST sign for the package. Please keep in mind that we are NOT RESPONSIBLE for orders once the packaged has been delivered and signed for. All orders receive a tracking number within 24hrs after item has been shipped, so please provide a valid email address

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, with your TERKHAIR before it is was used, we will refund or exchange it within 7 days of purchase. Only if the hair is unopened and the hair is in its original unused condition within 7 days of receipt. 20% restocking fee applies to all exchanges; buyer pays return shipping cost.

Returned items should be unused and unworn (if applicable) and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item.

Please note:

product will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

Please also note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.

How to Style Hair Extensions
Hair extensions can change your look without having to wait months for your hair to grow long. Using hair extensions not only can add length to your hair but also can offer you many different hair styles. Our products are 100% human hair extensions which can be straightened, curled and dyed like human hair. Here we'll tell you how to style your long hair extensions to their potential.

Tips for dyeing hair extensions:
The perfect hair type for dyeing is the virgin hair extensions also called virgin Remy hair extensions. This type of hair has no chemical process and hence should be ideal for dyeing. Coloring of virgin hair extensions is much like doing them for natural hair and a lot of care must be taken to protect them from harsh chemical agents. Most other types of hair, especially synthetic hair, are not suit for dyeing as they tend to become really weak because of the exposure to chemicals. Dyeing them will irreversibly damage your hair extensions. Again, strand testing is the best method to prevent damage from dyeing.

Tips for bleaching hair extensions:
Lightening is much more difficult and riskier than darkening. Lightening usually requires bleaching hair extensions which can really damage them - even 100% human hair extensions. To avoid bleaching, you can directly dye the darker hair into the color you desire, but that usually leaves a tint of dark shade. The hair ends up with shades of slightly orange. However, re-doing the coloring over and over again should remove the orange shade and eventually get you to the light color that you had wanted. Usually you'll need three processes to obtain the perfect match. Colorings will have to be repeated in intervals of a few days.

Tips for heating hair extensions:
Generally, only 100% human hair extensions can be heated by styling appliances.
Use conditioning whenever possible. Always do a test curl first and use the lowest effective temperature level (about 180 degrees). Overuse of curling irons, flat irons and blow dryers will shorten the life of human hair extensions.

How to choose

1.How to choose length
Hair extensions are an ideal option for anyone who wants to lengthen their hair or try a new hairstyle. No matter what kind of hair extensions you want to buy, it's important to choose the right length. Here are some things to consider when deciding on hair extension lengths.
Straight vs. Wavy/ Curly Hair Extensions
Before you make choice of a length, be sure to consider whether you want wavy/curly or straight hair extensions. Straight extensions tend to look a little bit longer than Wavy/curly extensions because of the texture of the hair. If you are planning to opt for Wavy/curly extensions, you may want to go one size longer than straight extensions. Also, keep in mind that straight extensions tend to feel lighter than wavy/curly extensions when you wear them.
Attention:If you are used to having short hair, it may be difficult for you to adjust to a really long length. Hair extensions that are no longer than 18" are generally suitable for those with short hair. On the other hand, you may feel comfortable wearing longer extensions if you have medium to long hair.
Tips on opting correct length
1.Measure properly.
What a lot of people don't do is measure their hair to know exactly what size hair extensions they should buy. This is a huge problem once you buy the extensions. What you don't want to do is measure your hair from the wrong spot, you need to measure from the very center of the back of your head since that is where the hair extensions will sit.
2.Calculate the Length You Want.
If you want your hair to be 6 inches longer than where it is now, you need to calculate for that length. What most people do is buy the hair extensions just an inch or so longer than their hair already ,but when your hair finally does grow your extensions will then be useless. Just remember that if you want to use your hair extensions for a long time then you need to get a size that will work for many years to come as opposed to just a few months of regular use.
